simple and affordible way to solve stress releif,Ideal homemade present for mother's day!!..

My mums always going on about how she needs to relax more, but doesn't have the money for a pamper session or any real time to fit making something to help her relax into....so for a christmas present i decided to make her these lavander tea-light candles holders,They are made from real dried lavander, having the smell of lavander near you is a natuaul remidie for relaxation, and its in expensive, pretty to look at,and will last you all year round...so now my mum can put these tea lights where she likes around the house, for a relaxating time for whenever she'd like one!

I made these ones by recyling some unwanted jam jars, buying dried lavander and dreid roise buds(optional!!)from a local soupmakers store, and finding some ribbon i already had around my house-also can be bought cheaply from a textile shop-most places will do smaller strips of ribbon for under 50p,and buying some thin brown rope from a gardening centre, then its just finding a way that works for you,and looks pretty for organising it all to fit nicely around the jam jar,I did mine by triming the lavander to size for the jars, glueing each bit of lavander on,leaving it over night to set and then carefuly tying on some ribbon round the lavenader coated jar, into a bow!
You can also add some rose buds ,Though I just choose to do this because i thought my mum would like it this way!
Hope you have fun making them ,if you ever wunted too try it out for yourselfs or someone special to you!! have fun,
