Friendship ring from devon to taiwan...!!!!

I made this ring as a birthday present for my friend in London, that had to move back to Taiwan, hence that's why its a friendship/birthday present!!.I made it by buying the ring base from a textile/craft shop then I messed around with different shape and colour buttons until I could imagine how Yung Yu would like it. Found some super glue and stuck buttons onto the base.I'm very happy with the end result and so is Yung Yu!....smiles all round!!

my felt bracelet!!

I made this whole bracelet completely from scratch. It looks pretty easy to make, but it's really not. There's a real knack, you have to get to make the beads into beads instead of blobs that fall apart. You basically have to use strips of fleece and roll them in your hand, using the right amount of oil or fairy liquid in a circular motion until the fleece turns hard into felt. When you have got that ready they need washing and drying then you have to thread them onto the thread to make the bracelet!

A selection of my homemade earrings ...

My homemade mother of pearl ones!....
I got given these clip-ons when my nana passed away. They mean so much to me. I loved them so much I decided to attach them to hooks so I could wear them myself, I'm so grateful to have them!! they're so beautiful!! Think I may keep them my whole life just as my nana did !

These beads were part of an old bracelet I got given, but the elastic broke so I decided to make them into some pretty earrings instead! They're really useful if you wunna dress up a simple outfit, without making it to glammed up !

My sister loved Tiger beer when she was younger. I noticed the bottle tops had a really nice image on them and so decided to make them into earrings!! I love them and so do alot of other people!

When I was younger I got stongly inspired to make jewellery out of found objects. My mum used to take our family to the beach alot when I was younger. I always used to find these shells with natural holes worn in them and just thought they would make some great natural hoop earrings!

My Grandma gave me this bead and I was going to a 80's fancy dress party so I decided to make it into a stud as I thought it would make a great accessory for the particular theme.

These are my lovely home made, antique earrings.I love them because it looks like your rolling with the whole vintage plug image. My neighbour gave me them as buttons and I thought they just had to be made into earrings, so I could keep them for ever and ever! Im pretty sure they are hand painted too!
Experimental mother of peal white little stars and black wooden beads ones :

These are both made from some sort of shell the top one was found in a shell shop in padstow! They had a collection of shells that where sawed right down the middle of the shell and me and my sister thought they so had to be made into earrings as they look amazing,

These are made out of an old wooden beaded necklace an old stone bracelet and some unused spare buttons twisted all together to make this pair of lovely earrings:

And the second one was part of a mother of peal bead set I bought from a local craft shop.I just needed to loop some metal wire together and connect the earring to to hook! Was pretty hard to get the wire hoop straight so the earring were identical to each other!but I reckon Ive done a pretty good job of it!

These are my tropical crafty ones! They are for the ladies that like to wear the big crafty earrings. As for example did my art teachers at school! The bigger the better they always used to tell me!

These are my first ever earrings I ever made,it was set as a D.T project in my school .They are main with tiny strips of articat witch was heated and twilled .

This is another set that I made while going though my found object stage,I wanted to create something a little different for people to see,so decided to make these!! Pretty cute really !....
